Payments are confirmed automatically once the blockchain confirms them — usually within minutes, sometimes longer for Bitcoin.

Send the exact amount in one transaction and pay the network fee on top. If you send less, the payment is marked as partially paid; open a ticket with the transaction ID and we will help.
