How long does server delivery take?

Delivery time depends on stock and workload. Orders are reviewed manually after payment confirmation, and service details are added to your client dashboard once ready.

What payment methods do you accept?

Orders are paid through NOWPayments using supported cryptocurrencies. The invoice shows the available payment options at checkout.

Do I receive my login details automatically?

At this stage, delivery is handled manually. After your payment is confirmed, the admin adds the server details and they become visible inside your dashboard.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Upgrades, custom quotes and special requests can be handled manually through support until full automation is added.

Do you offer refunds?

Refund terms depend on service status, provisioning progress and abuse checks. Review the Terms of Service page for the policy that applies to your account.

Where can I see my order status?

Every order appears in your client dashboard with a status such as pending, paid or delivered.
