Service scope
We provide hosting plans as listed on the website. Delivery may be manual and may require verification, stock confirmation or abuse screening before activation.
Payments and renewals
Services must be paid in full before delivery. Renewal handling, grace periods and suspension rules should be defined by the administrator and may be updated over time.
Acceptable use
Customers may not use services for spam, malware, phishing, denial-of-service activity, unauthorized access, illegal content or abusive workloads that threaten network stability.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Delivered services, abuse-related suspensions and custom-provisioned systems may be non-refundable unless required by law.
Liability
Services are provided on an as-available basis. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, downtime, data loss or third-party failures except where required by law.
